Job Description
• Manage student registrations, enrollments, attendance, customer records, and CRM data with accuracy.
• Coordinate trial classes, schedules, instructor assignments, room bookings, programme registrations, and rescheduling requests.
• Support programme administration, including workshops, performances, competitions, examinations, and other academy events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and prospective customers, providing timely and professional support across multiple communication channels.
• Prepare reports, customer communications, operational documentation, and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Assist with billing administration, invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth daily operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support marketing administration, website updates, lead follow-ups, and continuously improve administrative processes and data accuracy.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Administration, Customer Success, Customer Service, or related roles are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks accurately.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with an international team.
