For a long-term Oracle HCM expert service, we are looking for an experienced Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant.
We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant, but for a specialist who can support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting and functional improvements on a flexible basis.
Project setup:
• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume
Tasks
• Support for Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding
• Analysis of issues in recruiting and onboarding processes
• Configuration and optimization of existing workflows
• Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features
• Support for candidate and hiring processes
• Root cause analysis
• Support with Oracle releases and testing
Requirements
• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting
• Practical experience with Oracle Onboarding
• Productive configuration and support experience
• Experience with bug fixing and enhancements
• Understanding of integration with Core HR
• Experience with releases and testing
• Very good English skills
