As a Project Manager at UTTR, you will play a crucial role in our vibrant internal marketing team. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and oversee internal marketing projects using ClickUp. 

• Assign tasks and provide detailed briefs to team members on new projects and tasks. 

• Ensure all project deadlines are met and that the team is working efficiently and effectively. 

• Maintain organized project documentation and track progress regularly. 

• Coordinate and communicate with different departments to align on project goals and deliverables. 

• Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 

• Review work produced by the team to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.

• Review and provide feedback on copywriting and creatives, offering insights into what works and what doesn't in marketing campaigns. 

• Occasionally write or edit copy to ensure clarity and alignment with brand voice.

• Obtain final approval from stakeholders before project deliverables are released.

• Post approved content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes.

Qualifications: 

• Recent marketing or related field graduate.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment. 

• Proficiency in using project management tools, ClickUp is a plus. 

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 

• Strong communication and leadership abilities. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

• Great eye for detail and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices is a plus.

Working Hours:

• We don’t care where you work, but you need to work EST, CST, MST or PST hours.
