15 hours/week to start | US$500 for a paid 4-week trial | Opportunity to grow to 20 hours/week and US$600/month

We are a UK-based, mission-led travel eSIM startup. Our mission is simple: every time a customer buys an eSIM for a trip, we donate a share of the sale to an animal shelter in the country they are visiting. We are a one-person business, so you will work directly with the founder.

We already work with several shelter partners and want to grow that network. We are looking for a warm, organised and persistent coordinator who can help us find good animal charities, start genuine conversations and support new partners through onboarding.

This is not a generic VA role or a senior strategy position. It is a hands-on outreach and relationship-coordination role. We will provide the initial country priorities, partner criteria, outreach guidance and approval for non-standard decisions.

What success looks like

At the start, we care more about careful research, good communication and reliable follow-through than a rushed sign-up quota. A reasonable working target is around 25-40 well-researched new contacts per week, depending on the time each market requires.

We will review response rates and onboarding progress after the first 4-6 weeks, then agree realistic partner targets together.

Working arrangement

• Independent contractor role
• 15 hours per week during a paid 4-week trial
• US$500 for the 4-week trial
• After a successful trial, there is a path to 20 hours per week at US$600/month
• Mostly flexible, asynchronous work
• One or two agreed overlap windows each week with the founder in the UK
• Direct communication with the founder and regular feedback

The founder will initially keep responsibility for country priorities, sensitive charity checks, non-standard negotiations, changes to commercial terms and approval of public claims.

Strong applicants will be invited to a short interview and a small paid skills task. The task will test written English, research accuracy, warmth, organisation and judgment.
