Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings. All job postings must be for legitimate positions and must not contain discriminatory or misleading content.

4. Приложения

Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in their applications. Submitting false information may result in account termination.

5. Забранено поведение

• Posting fraudulent or misleading job listings
• Scraping or automated collection of data without permission
• Harassment of other users
• Impersonation of individuals or companies
• Uploading malicious content

6. Интелектуална собственост

WFHJ and its content — excluding user-submitted material — are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the service.

7. Ограничаване на отговорността

WFHJ serves as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers or the accuracy of information provided by users. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Промяна на тези условия

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
