10ML perfume decants and samples are a natural fit for creators, publishers and partners who talk about fragrance. You build and scale the partnerships that bring 10ML to new audiences across Europe.
Location: Dortmund, Germany, or remote within the EU · Full-time, permanent
Salary: €80,000–€110,000 gross per year plus an annual performance bonus
About 10ML
10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Founded in 2025, 10ML sells original designer and niche perfumes as 3ml, 10ml and 30ml perfume decants and samples. 10ML buys from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and decants every perfume itself. 10ML says it has more than 100,000 customers.
Total annual revenue across all sales channels in 2026 is close to €21 million. 10ML's ARR is more than €10 million.

Kabutuhan
- 4+ years in affiliate, influencer or partnership marketing for a D2C e-commerce brand
- A network across European creators and publishers, ideally in beauty, fragrance or lifestyle
- Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (Awin, Impact, Partnerize or similar)
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills
- Fluent English; German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus
Tanggung jawab
- Build and run the affiliate programme: recruiting, onboarding, commissions, tracking and payouts
- Find and sign creators, fragrance reviewers, publishers and comparison sites in every 10ML market
- Create co-marketing campaigns with brands, media and complementary e-commerce partners
- Manage gifting and seeding programmes with the content team
- Track partner revenue, CAC and quality, and double down on what works
