Who we are: KSNL Consulting is a project consulting firm. Every day, thousands of commercial projects hits the portal we work from — Nature of the projects can be any project from changing a bulb to providing aircraft maintenance project. Our company stick to the practical, everyday services: commercial cleaning, landscaping, transportation, roof replacement, electrical, plumbing, and others like it. Our job is to match those projects with the right vendors and manage everything in between.
Your job: You'd be the person making that match happen. Here's how it works — we hand you a project summary with the location, frequency, required certificates, insurance, and materials. You take that summary, put it in your own words, and explain it to vendors over calls and texts. And here's the best part: you're not selling them anything. You're offering them business for work they already do.
On every first call, you'll need to do three things: explain the project, collect the vendor's cell number and business email, and lock in their site visit appointment. That contact info matters — all our follow-ups happen over text, and you'll follow up with each vendor at least 4 times.
The numbers: This is a high-volume outbound call role. You'll be making 150–200 calls a day, plus reaching out to project managers and contracting officers.

FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
1. You will be connected on zoom, sharing your screen for the time allocated to work.
2. Your mic shall be UNMUTED at all times during 10 Hour working hours. 60 min of Break
3. NO BACKGROUND NOISE due to the fact THAT YOU WILL BE WORKING IN A GROUP SETTING AND CALLING VENDORS
4. This is a FULL TIME POSITION. No other job will be allowed.

Qualifications
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience in outboarding calling to North American and European Clients.
Experience in detailing high call volume approximately 150 - 200.
Able to understand complex project and explain in simple words.
Able to talk convincingly with the vendors and able to persuade the vendor for site survey.
