Every decision at 10ML runs on data: which perfumes to stock, which markets to enter, which ads to scale. You build the data foundation and the analysis behind 10ML perfume decants and samples, and you turn it into decisions.
Location: Dortmund, Germany, or remote within the EU · Full-time, permanent
Salary: €110,000–€150,000 gross per year plus an annual performance bonus

10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Founded in 2025, 10ML sells original designer and niche perfumes as 3ml, 10ml and 30ml perfume decants and samples. 10ML buys from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and decants every perfume itself. 10ML says it has more than 100,000 customers.
Total annual revenue across all sales channels in 2026 is close to €21 million. 10ML's ARR is more than €10 million.

Vereisten
- 6+ years in analytics or data science in e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer tech
- Excellent SQL and Python, and experience with dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake or PostgreSQL
- Experience with GA4, product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude or similar) and BI tools
- Solid statistics: experiment design, causal inference, forecasting
- The ability to explain a complex finding in two clear sentences, in English
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the analytics stack: event tracking, the warehouse, data models and dashboards
- Build trusted metrics for revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, cohorts and retention, and make them self-serve
- Partner with growth on attribution, incrementality and marketing mix modelling
- Build demand forecasting for inventory and purchasing with the supply team
- Run deep dives that answer the questions leadership is asking this week
- Set data quality, privacy and governance standards for the whole company
