About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter with extensive experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote working environment and is adept at both creating stunning high-end residential interiors and managing architectural projects with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

• Engage with clients to establish design objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with luxury standards.

• Manage all phases of design and drafting from initial concept through to final completion.

• Utilize advanced modeling techniques to create innovative solutions for complex design challenges.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive space understanding.

• Source materials within project and budget parameters and supervise installation to meet design specifications.

• Address and resolve any client concerns post-installation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and interior design.

• B2+ level proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Strong aesthetic sense with a proven ability to create visually stunning interiors.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.

Desirable

• Interior design certification and Lumion education.

• Experience with architectural firms located in Florida.

• Demonstrated expertise in Lumion with video samples of completed projects.
