What you'll do
• Own relationships with agency program offices, contracting officers, and prime contractors
• Spot upcoming requirements, recompetes, and expansion opportunities early
• Bring warm opportunities into our pipeline and help shape our responses
• Serve as the main point of contact on awarded contracts, keeping clients happy and performance strong
• Partner with our proposal and recruiting teams to win and staff new work
What you bring
• 5+ years as a program manager, account manager, contracts manager, or similar client-facing role on federal contracts
• Established, good-standing relationships with one or more federal agencies. Tell us which ones.
• Experience with 8(a) or small business contracting
