AI models learn from people who can tell a good answer from a bad one. As a generalist AI trainer at AI Training Jobs you will work on everyday topics - the questions real people ask a chatbot - and help make the answers more accurate, clearer and more useful.
Pay: $100/hr, paid as a contractor for hours worked. Contract work with flexible hours; hours depend on the projects available. Remote, open to every country. Free to apply: we never charge you to apply, to train or to "unlock" work. We only email from @aitrainingjobs.xyz.

- Read AI answers and rate them for accuracy, helpfulness and tone, following written guidelines.
- Compare two or more answers to the same question and explain which is better and why.
- Write questions, and model answers, that test what an AI gets wrong.
- Fact-check claims against reliable sources and flag anything unsafe or made up.
