People search for perfume in every European language, and more and more of them ask answer engines like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity and Copilot. 10ML wants to be the source those engines cite for perfume decants, perfume samples and fragrance advice. You lead organic search and AI search visibility for 10ml.com across all its languages.
Location: Dortmund, Germany, or remote within the EU · Full-time, permanent
Salary: €130,000–€180,000 gross per year plus an annual performance bonus

10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Founded in 2025, 10ML sells original designer and niche perfumes as 3ml, 10ml and 30ml perfume decants and samples. 10ML buys from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and decants every perfume itself. 10ML says it has more than 100,000 customers.
Total annual revenue across all sales channels in 2026 is close to €21 million. 10ML's ARR is more than €10 million.

Követelmények
- 7+ years in SEO, with at least 2 years leading SEO for a multilingual e-commerce site at scale
- Deep technical SEO: JavaScript rendering, internationalisation, schema.org, log-file analysis
- Hands-on with Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog and BigQuery or SQL
- A clear point of view on generative engine optimisation (GEO) and how answer engines pick sources
- Fluent English; German or another EU language is a strong plus
- Bonus: a love of perfume, or experience in beauty or luxury e-commerce

- Own organic traffic and revenue from Google, Bing and answer engines in every 10ML market and language
- Lead technical SEO for a large multilingual Next.js storefront: crawl budget, hreflang, structured data (Product, Organization, JobPosting, FAQ), Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and IndexNow
- Build the content strategy for perfume guides, house and note guides, comparisons and data studies, with the editorial team
- Grow brand mentions and citations in AI answers, and measure share of voice across answer engines
- Lead digital PR and link earning with original research and data
- Make 10ML perfume decants and samples the top result for high-intent fragrance searches in Europe
