10ML publishes perfume guides, house and note guides, comparisons and fragrance data studies in many European languages. You lead that editorial engine and set the standard for how 10ML writes about perfume, perfume decants and samples.
Location: Dortmund, Germany, or remote within the EU · Full-time, permanent
Salary: €85,000–€120,000 gross per year plus an annual performance bonus

10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Founded in 2025, 10ML sells original designer and niche perfumes as 3ml, 10ml and 30ml perfume decants and samples. 10ML buys from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and decants every perfume itself. 10ML says it has more than 100,000 customers.
Total annual revenue across all sales channels in 2026 is close to €21 million. 10ML's ARR is more than €10 million.

Rekwiżiti
- 5+ years in editorial, content or copywriting, with at least 2 years leading writers or translators
- Deep knowledge of perfume: olfactive families, raw materials and the major designer and niche houses
- Excellent English; native-level German, French or Italian is a strong plus
- Experience with SEO content and a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful or similar)
- Bonus: training in perfumery, or a fragrance blog, newsletter or channel of your own
Responsabbiltajiet
- Own the editorial calendar for the 10ML guides and blog with the SEO lead: topics, briefs, quality and publishing
- Write and edit expert fragrance content: notes, accords, perfumers, houses, seasons and occasions
- Run translation and localisation quality across German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and more, with native reviewers
- Build fact-checking standards so every claim about a perfume is accurate and sourced
- Shape product descriptions, category pages and social copy so they read like a perfume expert wrote them
- Grow 10ML as a trusted fragrance authority that press, creators and answer engines cite
