KENVIX is hiring a 100% commission-based Remote Appointment Setter to book product demos of our 24/7 AI phone agent (AI Receptionist) for home-service contractors - primarily HVAC, plumbing, and roofing business owners.
The Product: A 24/7 AI phone agent that answers calls, qualifies leads, and books jobs for home-service businesses. Typical customer investment is roughly $800-$1,000 setup + $200-$300/month.
Your Role: You reach out to contractors by phone and email to book product demos. KENVIX handles all closing - you do not need to close deals or do onboarding. You get free leads, scripts, a live demo, and full training. This is a remote, U.S.-based 1099 independent contractor role (no employees/benefits).
Pay: 100% commission - 30% of the setup fee + 20% of every monthly payment for the lifetime of the client, paid after the client pays. OTE $2,000-$8,000/mo (this is commission-only, not a salary).

Vereisten
- Experience making outbound calls or booking appointments (sales/appointment setting, B2B outreach, telemarketing, SDR) preferred but not required - training provided
- Confident phone and written English communication
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset
- Self-starter who can work independently as a 1099 contractor
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (PST/CST/EST)
- No closing experience needed - KENVIX handles the close
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Contact HVAC, plumbing, and roofing business owners by phone and email using KENVIX-supplied leads, scripts, and cadence
- Qualify the prospect and book a product demo onto the closer's calendar
- Log calls, notes, and booked demos in the CRM
- Follow up on missed/voicemail prospects per the provided follow-up sequence
- Attend the weekly training/review call and continue leveling up your pitching and booking skills
- Maintain 1099 independent contractor status - fully remote, set your own schedule within U.S. business hours
