We are seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to support corporate compliance requirements. This is a remote, non-operational position and does not involve the day-to-day management or running of the business.
The role requires very little time commitment. Initial onboarding and bank account setup may require approximately 1-2 hours during the first month. Thereafter, involvement is typically limited to occasional document signing and administrative matters as required.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director.
• Remotely sign company and banking-related documents when required.
• Assist with occasional compliance and administrative matters.
• Remain available for infrequent communication regarding company-related requests.
Compensation
£100 - £125 per month.
