SchemaNinja is hiring an SEO Manager to lead organic strategy for SMB clients — schema-first, content-backed, and measurable. You'll own audits, roadmaps and a small delivery pod, with a special focus on structured data and AI-search visibility.
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (INR), based on experience.

- 5+ years SEO experience with at least 2 years managing projects or people
- Deep technical SEO plus hands-on schema/JSON-LD experience (you can validate and debug markup)
- Agency background preferred; used to juggling multiple clients without dropping balls
- Strong stakeholder communication in English
- India-based (remote / New Delhi preferred)
Nice to have:
- Local SEO / multi-location experience
- Familiarity with Rank Math, Schema Pro or custom JSON-LD
- Exposure to ChatGPT / Perplexity citation tracking

- Lead SEO strategy for a book of small-business and SaaS clients (audits → roadmap → monthly execution)
- Prioritize technical fixes, schema implementation and content clusters that move leads, not just rankings
- Review schema markup (Organization, LocalBusiness, Article, FAQ, Service, etc.) before it goes live
- Coach content and junior SEO teammates; QA deliverables before client reporting
- Present monthly results in plain language
- Stay current on Google guideline changes and AI Overview / GEO practices that affect SMBs
