He since founded Jobs for Humanity to connect underserved communities with global employers. Today, Roy leads Kanz (ka.nz), the AI recruitment copilot that has scaled to 1 million job seekers. Kanz automates recruiting and delivers vetted candidates within days. Starting in KSA, Kanz is poised to be a standard for AI-powered recruitment in the Middle East.
